GENERAL INFORMATION. PLEASE READ!

NUTRITION: We feed all of our puppies Purina Pro Plan Puppy food with DHA. In your go home bag, we include a sealed sample of the dry and a can and lid for the wet form. We only feed the dry kibbles. We use Badlands Ranch (superfood) as a topper and treat for training. Puppies are also used to homemade kefir and yogurt as daily probiotic treat. We alternate between the two. We will provide a list of recommended and natural treats and supplements your puppy should and could have right from your pantry.

HOME PLACEMENT EXPECTATIONS: We strongly prefer buyers with a flexible working schedule, such as working from home or retired; Children are okay, but the older, the better. Families living in a house with fenced in yards for supervised playtime is preferred. Absolutely no public parks until your puppy is fully covered against parvo, but he/she will be safe in your own backyard with your uptodate on shot pets. Apartments and townhouses may be okay depending on buyer's lifestyle.  Wee pads of fake grass pads would be the best until parvo vaccine schedule is complete. Buyers experienced with breed are a plus but we do not discourage anyone who doesn't. If you are looking for the closest thing to a young child, this is the breed for you! And we are here to educate and support you through your dacshund journey.

APPLICATION PROCESS/WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: If you know you have found your puppy, you may click on the blue button below this listing. This action will bring you to the application form. Please do send me a text to my cell phone (352)467-2600 to let me know you have applied for your puppy. After we have spoken with you and approved your application you will remit your non-refundable deposit via Venmo or Zelle and a detailed receipt will be sent to the email you provided on your application. We will change the status of the puppy on all applicable platfforms where the puppy is listed.  You can pay the balance here using Venmo, Zelle, or cash(no extra fees of any kind!) at pick up (within one week of the puppy's ready date). We do have a payment link  through Good Dog if you require buyer protection and want to pay with a credit card. Please be aware that this payment option includes tranaction fees and the newly imposed local/state taxes which varies by county. we do not collect these fees. Good Dog does! We respond within a few hours. 

WHEN IS FINAL BALANCE DUE?/ DELIVERY/ PICK UP:  The final balance is due on the day your puppy is ready to go home whether or not you are ready to pick him up or the day we have both agreed early on. We charge a daily fee of $35 per day after the scheduled pick up day .
